We’re thrilled to announce Tamsin Ward, former Global Marketing Director at Wavemaker and Global Head of Brand & Communications for Maxus, has joined us as our Head of Brand.

In her new role, Tamsin will be building out our digital offering and taking the lead on all things marketing, as well as overseeing new content and giving input to the range of products we offer our clients. It follows a year of exponential growth for Shine, which has seen us work with global businesses such as WPP, GroupM, William Grant, easyJet and Snap to design programmes for women, and increasingly men, that strengthen teams and create internal alignment and gender balance at the top.

Tamsin brings with her thirteen years of global agency marketing experience, the majority of which was spent at WPP’s Maxus (now Wavemaker) where she led the marketing agenda and co-built and embedded the award-winning Walk the Talk gender equality programme.
