The Shine team is growing….!
Are you commercially-driven, creative, and tech-savvy?
Over the last few months, we have been building our brand new online membership experience, Shine On. Its purpose is to bring together female rising stars in business to build their collective confidence, influence and strength, so that we can ignite a new style of inclusive leadership that will change organisations forever.
Members will be able to join for free for limited access, or on a monthly or annual subscription that will provide them with a number of exclusive features.
We have BIG ambitions for Shine On, and the Head of Digital Membership will be joining the project in its early days. They will be required to be a driving force in the growth of this new online offering, and will need to work closely with the Head of Brand to continuously improve the member lifecycle and increase subscriptions.
Most of the team are UK-based, but you could be based anywhere as long as you will be able to work on UK & US timezones (our tech team are located on the US West-coast).
You must be prepared to roll your sleeves up – we are a very small team and you will need to be confident in working independently, bringing people in as and when necessary. It’s also customer-facing, so you will need to live and breathe the Shine brand. In an ideal world, you would also be highly experienced in using Mighty Networks, Hubspot and Zapier.
