As with the majority of finance companies, this organisation has a pay gap driven by having less women than men at the top. They have set targets for improvement, including signing the UK Women in Finance Charter back in 2018, and they have made progress: between 2020 and 2021, they closed their pay gap at the highest level by 49.7%.
They came to us in 2022 looking for a way to accelerate this impact further.
In Summer 2022 we ran the first Shine For Women programme for this organisation, using a combination of our Shine and Spark workshops to build confidence and influence in a cohort of mid-senior level women in Europe.
By investing in their women’s personal and professional development with us, they are aiming to reach 39% of women in senior management roles in 12 months’ time.
